The brief
Give people a clear, accountable way to find a middleman for an online deal and keep every step of it in one place.
What I built
Requests and middleman responses, a deal room with agreement, chat and a six-step tracker, up-front fee estimates, staff screens for oversight and holds, and layouts that work on a phone.
Where it stands
In beta. Payments are simulated and the screens shown use demo accounts and fictional data.
FindMM is built for deals between people who do not know each other. A customer posts a request with an amount, eligible middlemen respond, and the customer compares them and chooses one. That opens a deal room with a written agreement, a conversation and a tracker that moves from middleman to agreement, payment, handover, payout and done.
The fee is shown before anyone agrees, and staff have their own screens for overseeing deals and reviewing the ones that are on hold. FindMM is in beta. Everything shown here uses demo accounts and fictional data, and every payment in it is simulated; real-money use stays switched off.
